In the morning of November 20, 2016, Mr. Shaokun Liu joined “creating a safe riding environment project” sub-conference, introduced e-bicycles problems confronted by the present situation of the electric bicycle and carried on the detailed and professional discussion and analysis, including the development course of China's electric bicycle in mobile environment changing, etc., at the same time as the traditional electric car industry standards and lack of corresponding legislation system, and other aspects of the in-depth discussion.
